Accessing archives of the classes ... Nierika and everyone

Dear Linda and all,

 

Yes, we have been putting up the transcripts from all the previous

classes in the Files section of the group.

 

Here is what you would need to do to access the Files.

 

1) Login to

2) Go to /

3) If you are already a member (and in this case you are) ,

the 'Files' link on the left menu will be available for you to click.

4) Select Files to go to a page with LOTS of files stored in them

5) We have audio clips sung by Maa, small video clips, instructional

mantra clips courtesy Jose, and of course the transcripts to all

the classes.

6) Clicking on any of the files will cause it to open and you can

read through the contents.

7) If you want to save any of the files and open for future use,

right for the file that you want to save and

select "save Target As' if you are using PC and save to your local

disk.
