Guest guest
these small thoughts occurred, a little related to brian's recent questions for swamiji. ok. we are co-creators in all of this. sometimes there are storms and we feel a loss of control. that is world-nature and it is also mind- nature, they are blended together. so perception is also creation. om om om. what about the mother? why, "mother?" ok. here we are. we believe, "i am alone in this world. i am thrown here one way or another. i must get by, i must survive." but there is this tenderness within. "where do i come from? i come from my mother." mother is the real source of us. this is our birth. our earthly mother, she is the physical being that brought us here. so we hold her dear. but she, she is also the goddess. [as the chandi patah says, all women are this.] so we are looking to our source, our source in infinity, our source in limitless love, when we are looking to the mother. "were is she, where is she?" ardis and others cry out to her, they feel that so strongly. the lack of the mother, knowing "i miss her" is a poignant spiritual blessing. feeling the embrace and the comfort is also a blessing. UNITY. the mother on earth, the mother of all, the absolute and the world, all things and beings, even our frustrations. what does this all mean? all meanings are merged in this knowledge, this knowing, this unity. the world is so active, mind is active, these are both the children, and the asuras, even the wise men speaking. the absolute itself is mothered by her. but this is beyond our knowing. all we can do is come to her when she calls. receive the blessing. that is actually what sadhana is. receive the blessing. god, ramana, maa, all can send out blessings all day and all night ... but if no one cares to listen ... then what? when we are blessed, we then can smile and enjoy that ... ok! ... or, renew that blessing every day until we ourselves become a blessing. om om om! good good night to everyone!
