Guest guest
Question from Nityananda : In reference to the Siddha Kunjika Stotram ... What is the junction of the eyes, ears, nose, and throat? Swamiji's response : Draw a line through the Sahasrara. At the junction where the eyes, ears, nose and mouth unite on that axis, that is the location of intensity in this meditation.
Guest guest
dear lathaji and swamiji ... if we may, extend this line of inquiry ... some related questions: is the meditation feeling awareness in that locale ... is it mostly the interiority of that sensation ... & keeping the sense of being in that location? as meditations that are a recitation [such as the chandi] have a certain time frame, or number of recitations, associated with breath, etc ... how long does one sustain this sort of meditation? is it linked ar all by breath or by mala count or other form of repitition? is it ever conjoined by other meditations, such as imagining the form of the chandi goddess or other ishta deva at that interior locale? what are the signs the sadhak experience to indicate the meditation has been engaged successfully and fully? steve , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Question from Nityananda : > > In reference to the Siddha Kunjika Stotram ... > What is the junction of the eyes, ears, nose, and throat? > > Swamiji's response : > > Draw a line through the Sahasrara.
