Why dukha is related to 'car'ma

Here is something fun that I saw on the web - I cant attest to the

truth behind it , but it is fun anyway.

 

Now we know why drivers with road rage suffer so much :-)

The Yogic term for pain, sorrow, suffering, dissatisfaction,

etc., is duhkha (pronounced doo-kha). The etymology of the

word is curious: from dus (difficult, bad, inferior) + kha

(axle hole) thus it originally meant to have a bad axle

hole! (the chariot was an essential form of transportation

in Ancient India). It soon came to have its more modern

meaning.
