Swamiji's response : Only the Tuesday on which Amavasya falls. Check the Panchanga to know the asterism on that day. Latha's note :- It is mentioned in the 108 names of the Goddess in the Chandi Path - which we are learning this week - that one derives "special" benefits when the Chandi is recited on a Bhaumavasya in which the Satabhisha constellation is rising.
