planning our sadhana adventure together: individual situations

ok here we are in this planning stage. finally i am looking at the

retreat schedule and lining it up with my work and family schedule.

 

on each day, there is some problem-solving around scheduling ... for

example, lunch/seva/rest/exercise time will be taken by work

teaching a class [aka, the job]. Maybe the walk could happen at

night on that day. would like to talk with our guide [latha, do you

know if it will be devnath or ...?] about flexibility in the

daily "when" of things.

 

are the other participants taking the week off from work? how are

y'all handling this?

 

another thought is: should we set up the 6:00 daily meeting

before the retreat to work on this kind of thing [as it relates to

people's private lives] ... or is that too much? maybe an optional

check-in? or, just go over it here ... or e-mail with our guide ...

any ideas?
