a while back i started looking at my action with just this one qstn -

- does it harm, anyone?

i could see at times, in subtle ways, i did hurt someone. even if it

was an insect. or a harsh thought about someone. or a look.

strangely enough, even more than the positive action of doing good,

this questioning of 'does it harm' was an amazing lever.

pranams jayadeva, and much appreciation for your recent achievements.
