Guest guest
someone should come up with an asan that works for doing sanskrit and other devotional studies on the computer more spiritual. like the bookstand for reading/reciting chandi. maybe a revised table that is real low and a swing out keyboard so you keep keep the form while working. Guest guest
Dear Steve, I just sit crossed leg on my chair (important to have a chair that has no arms). Works fine. jayadeva , "Steve Connor" <sconnor@a...> wrote: > someone should come up with an asan that works for doing sanskrit > and other devotional studies on the computer more spiritual. like > the bookstand for reading/reciting chandi. maybe a revised table > that is real low and a swing out keyboard so you keep keep the form > while working. Guest guest
Namaste, Like the idea of the low table so that one can sit on the floor. Also if the chair at your desk does not have arms that go to the front it is easy to sit in half or full lotus. Guest guest
yes isn't that good. the idea being to be able to maintain that expression of attention and centeredness while working. especially if a person is editing some spiritual material etc. all furniture could really use a complete re-thinking for this way of life that is spiritual but accepts computers. steve , kandaaran@a... wrote: > Namaste, > > Like the idea of the low table so that one can sit on the floor.
