Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA Dear Effie, of course i would be happy to try to demystify your state. the original question was, how does one intensify their desire for sadhana? by having the perception that knowing GOD is top priority. it's like your all alone, nobody home, and there's only GOD. you know, SITARAM (i rarely miss much.) when this perception is your reality your desire will become so intense that you would do anything. even be willing to leave behind the very teacher or guru who helped instill this desire in you. which was easy for me because mine is a crazy, old nobody. i guess we're a pair. Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA Dear Effie, i have an immense feeling of gratitude and love for your words, recommendations, and wisdom. some of the things you spoke about in your posts seem like they could be challenging lessons to really learn. in the head easier than in the heart. but i have to imagine it is totally worth it. i will check out that book you recommended as i was meaning to get another one someone told me about i think it was called The Traditions of Shiva & Dionysus by Alain Danielou. maybe you have heard of it. your right, left, not necessarily left behind. you say in your post on Karma, the road is crooked. do two crooked roads cross more than once? not in the same way i bet.
