I have a question for the group: In the Dhyanam on MahaKali in the Chandi (Khadgam Chakra Gadheshu Chaapa ...), she is described as holding nine weapons in Her nine hands. Since the 9 weapons listed in the dhyanam at Chap1 can be viewed as means of removing our fears (e.g sword of worship the fear of anxiety - grants patience), maybe the 10th arm MahaKali is in the blessing mudra (not sure of the sankrit name).
