Kali Ma has us meditating each week on a weapon of the Goddess

This week it is "The Bell of Continuous Tone "

 

Is a continuous tone more beneficial/pleasant than a non-continuous

tone ? Can you please offer any insight on this weapon. Thank you

Swamiji's response :

 

Yes, the continuous tone brings us into the nada, the subtle

vibration which doesn't change. That takes us deeper and deeper

inside.
