It suggested worshipping Ganesha, and listed twelve names of Ganesha for worship. I cannot give the Sanskrit.Maybe someone in the Group can...worship Ganeshafirst - as the One with the Twisted Trunk: ever noticed how the way takes lots of turns - not just straight ahead. jai Ganeshasecond - as the One with the Single Tusk: Lord Ganesha sacrificed to bring us the Teachings - He cares so for us. jai Ganeshathird - as the One with the Faun-colored Eyes: o, looking into Ganesha's eyes - so beautiful, gentle and attractive. jai Ganeshaforth - as the One with the Elephant's Mouth: I once had an experience with an elephant where the elephant grabbed a whole bag of peanuts out of my hand, threw it into his mouth and shortly therafter spit out just the bad - real discrimination. jai Ganeshafifth - as the Pot-bellied One: lots of prana; lots of joy; makes us laugh. jai Ganeshasixth - as the Monstrous One: even that which is scarry and beyond our comfort zone is only Him. jai Ganeshaseventh - as the King of Obstacles: He both puts the obstacles in our path and removes them; He's the king; how often have obstacles been there to keep you from going the wrong way or held you up to get things lined up right or brought out your gifts through their challenges? ! jai Ganeshaeighth - as the Smoke-colored One: you'l find that smoke color all over and Ganesh, too, is everywhere. jai Ganeshaninth - as the Remover of Hindrances: if it is holding us up from moving into Self-awareness, Ganesha takes care of that for us. jai Ganeshatenth - as Moon-crested One: drinking in our devotion! (someone once told me that those round sweets Ganesha loves to munch on are the fullfilled desires of His devotees) jai Ganeshaeleventh - as the Lord of the Hordes: we all love Ganesha. jai Ganeshatwelfth - as the One with the Elephant's Face: no mistaking our beloved Ganesha! jai Ganeshajayadeva ALL-NEW Messenger - all new features - even more fun!
