Guest guest Posted September 19, 2004 Report Share Posted September 19, 2004 Swamiji, What is your guidance on the usage of the contemplations/inquiry Nana Yar [Who Am I?]or So Ham [i Am.] Might have the transliterations wrong here. Is "I Am' a name of God? Is there a danger of egoic intrusion in this contemplation, in other words, is devotion fully engaged? Do you recommend this kind of sadhana?
