Guest guest
Dear All, Here is a beautiful statement (poem?) by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj that I wanted to share with you. It reminds me how constantly I take a step forward and then another backward - I think that one demon is conquered when it comes back to haunt in another form. I love the line "your very seeing will make them go" - this is full of meaning It could mean , in the normal level, just by knowing what the problem is, it disappears. It could mean, in the subtler level , that when our Consciousness shines its light on the problem , it disappears. Kinda like darkness - when the light goes on, the darkness disappears. Anyway, it seems to me , I have to keep praying to the Goddess, so that She in her infinite mercy removes the veil of ignorance. Jai Maa ! Jai Nisargadatta Maharaj ! =========================================== The Web We Weave Look at the net and its many contradictions. You do and undo at every step. You want peace, love, happiness and work hard to create pain, hatred and war. You want longevity and overeat, you want friendship and exploit. See your net as made of such contradictions and remove them -- your very seeing will make them go. ==========================================
