Guest guest
Today is Radhastami, the birthday of Srimati Radha, Godddess of Divine Love. Is there a bija mantra, Gayatri mantra, chalisa or aarti for her? Has Swamiji published a puja for this day? I wish us all a most blessed day in the sunshine of Mother Radha's loving glance. Guest guest
Namaste Karen, Yes, I think all the Gods and Goddesses have special days where the date of their manifestation is celebrated. Lakshmi's is on Diwali (November 24 this year), Saraswati's is on Vasant Panchami (which this year was January 25), and of course, Durga's is Navaratri, this year beginning on October 14. In truth, any day when She is manifested in our conscious awareness, and our behavior is under Her control, is the birthday of Devi and is cause for celebration. Many happy birthdays Karen Devi!
