Namaste Linda,

Seedha path is a collection of the Chapters from the Chandi which

constitute the shortest possible recitation of the Chandi.

If you check the timetable that I have posted for chanting the

Chandi starting today as a preparation to Navaratri, you will find

that I have put the chapters from the Chandi that constitute the

Seedha Path.

The Kavach aka the armor of the Goddess is not a part of the Seedha

Path, but we would like to add it in anyways.

In summary, here are the chapters to to the Seedha Path - you will

find these chapters in the Table of Contents at the beginning of the

book.

1) Kushandika - Starting from the first verse in the book "sriman

mahaganadhipataye namah" to a few pages and ending with the shanti

mantras "om shanti shanti shanti". These are the introductory

mantras to any recitation

2) The Armor of the Goddess aka Kavach

3) Vedic Praise to the Night of Duality - RgVedoktam Ratri Suktam

4) Navarna Vidhi

5) The 13 core chapters

6) Navarna Vidhi

7) Vedic Praise to the Goddess who is Unity - RgVedoktam Devi Suktam

8) Siddha Kunjika Stotram

9) Pranamah (the last page).

Hope this helps and you are able to join in the preparation starting

today.
