Guest guest
If you are like me and have many interruptions due to your own karma, please take heed. Swamiji said "adapt your sadhana." He said this to me but I am not me but You as well, as far as I know. Latha or Parvati let me know if I am wrong here. No longer do I say: "I will not meditate because I do not have a full 1/2 hour" or "the altar is not prepared." I meditate on the Narvana Mantra from the Siddha Kunjika Stotram in almost any circumstance my gums are not flapping. This might help unify those who feel divided in their efforts. Jai Maa, Jai Durga, Jai Shree Maa. Love, Steve PS. So I am not being unclear -- the goal is always to move for perfection, so I work towards the good altar, etc. But the heart must move NOW without external obstructions, and there should be no imagined obstaces to this.
