Question from Kalachandra:

Verse5 of the Pradhanikam Rahasyam of the Chandi describes the form

She takes. On her head She bears a snake coiled around a lingam.

Is the significance of of snake in all Deities the male principle

with the female principle?

 

Swamiji's response :

Yes. The snake stands for Kundalini Shakti.
