Guest guest
Namaste Linda, You are right. The 9 day sankalpa could be anything you want to focus on. You may want to chant the Ganesh Atharvashirsam in the Ganesh puja book or Advanced Shiva puja book, every day for 9 days. Or recite the Armor of the Goddess from the Chandi. It is up to you and what you feel inspired to do based on your time and capacity. You could also choose to do 1 maala of any mantra or more. Since you are dealing with health issues you may want to do 1 maala of the mrityunjaya mantra, everyday for 9 days. Hope this helps.
