Dear Chris and ALL (but really a Question for Swamiji), How does Swami recommend to meditate? I have heard about the pujas and witnessed them. I have heard about the japa and done it. I have heard about the chanting and participated in that. But how does Swami recommend to meditate? Is there a particular technique, such as using a mantra? Or just going into the Silence? I would really like to know this, since there are many ways to meditate. Jai Swami ~ Linda
Guest guest
Linda, I'm sure Swamiji will get back to you on this, but in the meantime, Shree Maa wrote in one of her books that it is good to meditate in silence immediately following chanting of mantras. Allow the bhaava and shakti to carry you deeper. Chris , nierika@a... wrote: > > Chris wrote: > > I really enjoy Swamiji Shivananda's writings.
