Dear Ram,

Your words are so calming and energizing at the same time. At least,

for me. They speak to the drama of the stage play that is my life.

Being totally frustrated with my spiritual practice of the last

thirty-some years, I sought the advice of an astrologer. What I was

told is exactly (with detailed and personal elaboration, of course)

in accord with your post. The formal, traditional practice that has

been the core of my program seems to have been the road I have taken

in many past lives. The result has been like chasing my tail, going

round and round and making no progress. As soon as I turned inward

and asked myself what it was that I really wanted to do for spiritual

development, the results were incredibly enlivening. Thanks for a

great post.

Re: To Brian on doing puja right -Linda

Dear Shiva,God doesn't understand language or rituals, sanskrit or any

other. He/She is illiterate. The only thing God understands is love,

the language of the heart. The only thing that matters is our devotion

& intention. So it must mean something to you, only then will it mean

something to God. Personalize your worship and God will hear you.Ram
