Dear Gina ~ I prayed for you that all would go well for your kirtan,

and it seems it did, though not in exactly the way you had initially

wanted. Perhaps the recording will come later. I too am a singer and

a songwriter, and I know Who is writing the songs, but my ego gets

caught up in the singing part ~ is my voice strong enough?, is my

vibrato good (never good enough to satisfy me, no matter what people

tell me), am I doing the song justice. I, I, I. So your lesson, I

believe is mine also ~ I need to surrender the singing to God(dess),

open up and just let it come through. Thank you so much for sharing

what happened at the kirtan. This was all very meaningful to me. Jai
