Himalaya said,

Oh, Supreme Goddess, explain those places that are most worthy to be

seen, the best and most pure, most beloved places of the Goddess; the

vows and festivals which bring You the greatest pleasure. All of that

tell me, Mother, the various performances to be done by humans."

 

The Goddess said,

"All that is perceived is My place, and every moment is the time of My

vow. Festivals are at every time, because I am the form of all."
