Guest guest
When some years ago I received that beautiful God-intoxicated picture of Shree Maa, sitting outside the door my first thought was "but I asked for the picture on the cover of the Guru and the Goddess". As the years passed by however, that picture has grown so much a part of me that I love to sit for long periods and gaze at at it. This same picture was the focus used for thanksgiving offering yesterday, it was beautiful. - started 15 minutes before the allotted time with the atha ganesyatharvasirsam, followed by 1 mala of a kali mantra. At 6.00 p.m I chanted the Guru Gita with offerings of light, incense, camphor and a fruit plate. Also sang along with Maa -We are grateful and Jai Guru. The feeling of peace and contentment were beyond words. May we always feel the need to give thanks.Eternal thanks, health and blessings upon this Divine Shiva Shakti - ShreeMaa and Swami Satyananda Saraswati. One Day Sweet Shree Maa this child will become as You - this is this soul's one true desire. Pranams
