> Dear Latha ~ what is the meaning of asya mangalarthat cha? Thank

>you ~ Linda

Dear Linda,

We use 'asya mangalarthat cha' in a sankalpa to that we are doing

the puja/prayer "for the welfare of" or "for benefit of " a

particular person or set of people.

So for example "Linda asya mangalarthat" means "for the welfare of

Linda"

The "cha" means "and" , and is used at the end to link together the

people that we are praying for.

Hope that helps.

Jai Maa

Latha
