Guest guest
Namaste Manoj, The reason we do not taste the food is because we want to take prasad from God. If we taste the food first then we are offering to God our prasad even if our intention is to offer the best to God by tasting it. Like you said in your post, the Goddess will help you perfect your technique as you go along. Keep the faith, recite a mantra and the Goddess will let you know how much spices, salt, etc. to add. Good luck and happy eating!
