What is the best way to crystallize our sankalpa - is it better to

visualize, verbalize or write it down. Can we use them all together

for our benefit and can you offer any suggestions to make our

sankalpas more effective.

 

Swamiji's response:

The performance of worship without a sankalpa yields 50% of the

fruits as compared to performing with a sankalpa. It is best to

visualize your sankalpas, and consider which are practical and

discriminate which are not, as well as why you want to perform such

a sankalpa. Then write down your sankalpa, your goals, your

spiritual promises, and share them with your Guru, and offer them to

Mahalakshmi in puja. Then verbalize them when you sit for your puja

every day.
