Namaste Nanda and thanks for the group question,

 

Daily Sadhana with right attitude is beneficial for the individual as

well as others that are associated with the individual. If you don't

feel well, remember you are not your feelings.

If you don't think you have time, remember you are not your thoughts.

The wonder of daily Sadhana expands into silent communication with

God and Guru and time is not a factor.

 

The intensive Sadhana works best with the Guru cleaning up loose ends

in the protective atmosphere of Guru's Grace.
