Guest guest
Jai Maa, Nandaj, and all of our Divine Family, This is great! Thanks so much for sending this schedule! When we chant the Sahasranams at our altar,[not at the fire] we chant 'Namah' instead of 'Swaha'. Correct? i like to offer rice mixed with a little tumeric and/or kum-kum with each 'Namaha'. [if flowers are unavailable]. But as Swamiji says, we have all the offerings within the garden of our heart. So we should never think we can't do Puja if we don't have all of the ingredients. The important thing is to DO IT with a loving heart, respect, and attention. i love the story that Swamiji tells about when he was in India, there were times that he simply sat down, drew a Yantra in the sand and would offer bits of dried leaves or rocks with every Mantra of the Chandi Path! And also as Swamiji says, "if you do the Mantras,I guarantee you, all the ingredients you need will come!" Jai Swamiji! What an inspiration! Jai Maa! Jai Swamiji! Guest guest
Sahasranam means one thousand names. Regarding the Lakshmi Sahasranam--I know the 1000 names are in the Lakshmi Puja book. Is there any recording by Maa or Swamiji for this puja or for the thousand names of Lakshmi? I am pretty sure there's not, but you never know! Guest guest
Another silly question when are these chants done, that is at what time of the day? Also, when is the Chandi Path recited.
