Yes, if not offering at the fire please change the offering

to "Namah" instead of "Swaha"

 

Example :-

In the Shiva Sahasranam in the Advanced Shiva Puja book, name #1 of

Shiva is "Sthiraaya" (Page 255 in the book)

 

If offering at the fire it would be

Om Sthiraaya Svaahaa

 

If offering at the altar it would be

Om Sthiraaya Namah
