Guest guest Posted February 2, 2005 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 Namaste Muktimaa, Yes, if not offering at the fire please change the offering to "Namah" instead of "Swaha" Example :- In the Shiva Sahasranam in the Advanced Shiva Puja book, name #1 of Shiva is "Sthiraaya" (Page 255 in the book) If offering at the fire it would be Om Sthiraaya Svaahaa If offering at the altar it would be Om Sthiraaya Namah Hope this helps.
