Guest guest Posted February 3, 2005 Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 OM NAMAH SIVAYA Dear Jayadeva, thank you for this. i have always had a special place in my heart for Sivananda. it was thru the Sivananda centers that i first was introduced to Yoga. i especially like the post of today about developing virtue, as his example of patience is one thing i sure could use more of.
