Guest guest
Question from Nanda: Many of us have regular practices - maybe even 5 mins a day , of puja/japa/meditation that we have done over the years . Then there are the short term intensives that one attends - a spiritual retreat for example or satsang with a saint, or short term sankalpas. Which of these approaches is more conducive to spiritual growth. A series of short term sankalps of varying intensities or one long term sankalpa of moderate intensity. Thank you for your time. Swamiji's response: Both in combination make for real spiritual growth. The short intensive sadhanas inspire us to make our regular practices longer and more meaningful.
