Dear Ruchi, This touched me deeply. I am carrying around so much grief about what I have experienced with my mother and stepfather over the past 3 years, before I moved away from Oregon to Silver City, NM. I know holding onto this grief is part of what is making me sick. I have tried letting go, thinking positively, but nothing takes away the grief of feeling so used and rejected.
