Guest guest
Question from Rajan: I read your book "Pronunciation and the Chandi Samputs" and towards the end of the book you said that for asaana siddhi one can perform yajya of the 13 chapers of the chandi path. Firstly what is "asaana siddhi"? Swamiji's response: The definition will be different for each individual sadhak. There was a time when my goal was to be able to recite the entire Chandi in one asan. Then I wanted to recite it twice without breaking the asan. Then I added more. Question from Rajan: Is this the actual way to do chandi yajya using the 700 verses (ahuti's)Chandi yajya or is it similar to that of the Shiva yajya with Sahasranaam? Swamiji's response: Actually it includes the entire text, except for the Kavach, Argala and Kilak stavas. Question from Rajan: I read that you dont give ahuti when putting on the Kavach and unlocking the bolt, so the offering of ahuti only starts when reciting the Athta Shri Durgaa Saptashati(pg119)? Swamiji's response: Ahuti is not offered during a) Kavach b) Argala c) Kilak d) Dhyanams of every chapter. Ahuti will be offered at all other places where every verse with a double bar || Question from Rajan: How do you start and end the yajya, what do you add from the Shiva yajya book? Nanda's attempt at answer : There has been a Q&A on this item before [ Question : How do I turn advanced shiva puja yajya mantra's to do Chandi yajna ? Swamiji's response : Convert the masculine gender to feminine, and substitute Chandi for Shiva. ] Swamiji's response: I agree. Looks like we need to write another book on Chandi Yajna. Guest guest
Namaste All, Pranams to swamiji, Two things i want to add here. 1. I too fully support the idea of separate book on "chandi Yagna". 2.****** Question from Rajan: > How do you start and end the yajya, what do you add from the Shiva > yajya book? > > Nanda's attempt at answer : There has been a Q&A on this item before > [Question : How do I turn advanced shiva puja yajya mantra's to do > Chandi yajna ? > Swamiji's response : Convert the masculine gender to feminine, and > substitute Chandi for Shiva.] > Swamiji's response: > I agree. Looks like we need to write another book on Chandi Yajna. > > > My suggestion is instead of converting, add both. Like the one used by me for shodasaopachara puja for Maa Srilalitha. I mix lalitha ashtottara with kailasha natha (shiva) ashottara. The recitation is supposed to bestow boons equivalent to so many times of performing yagnas. I will upload the same on shivratri day. sriganeshh > Links
