Dear All,

Here are a coupla tips from some of the devotees that chant

regularly at the Mandir.

1) Have the books spiral bound - this is very convenient especially

if you are using one hand to throw rice into the fire

2) buy a music stand (the ones that hold music sheets) to hold the text. Keep

the stand at a height that makes you sit up with an erect spine.

Hope this helps.

Dear Nanda,

Hi, I figured out I needed a music stand and it has helped tremendously

in the chanting of the Chandi. Getting the books spiral bound...I can

see that would make it easier to turn the pages but is there enough

room on the pages of the books we buy from the Mandir to not loose any

of the text?

Thanks for your time...

Dear Grace,

Yes, absolutely - there is room on the pages - the devotees spiral

bind the Mandir books all the time and have found it VERY convenient.

I'm pretty sure your local Kinko's can spiral-bind your book for you,

for a charge.
