I am also a devotee of Ammachi, but I feel a strong pull towards Shree Maa Dear Christine ~ I have seen many altars in Hindu homes, at temples, etc., where there were not only pictures of more than one diety, but more than one person you would call a guru. Part of this is lineage, I believe; part of it is respect and acknowlegement for those who have given guidance. If one is a devotee of Shree Maa, is not one a devotee of Swamiji also? These are two, and they are one. Amma once told me (speaking to me of my spirit guides, angels, etc.), "I am all of these." This is very much the same as what Krishna said to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita. Ultimately not only are all gurus ONE, but all of everything is ONE.
