Guest guest
Great sense of humor! As I am a devotee of Kali who lives in California, I especially love Kalifornia. Yes, I see Kali everywhere. Jai Kali Maa. Guest guest
And as for the Divine Wine, that reminds me of Ramakrishna urging Girish Ghosh that if he had to keep on drinking alcohol to at least dedicate it to the Divine Mother Kali before he drank it. That is what helped GG to eventually give up alcohol. Ramakrishna was also giving him plenty of the Wine of Divine Bliss. Filling him up! He had the Real Thing. Guest guest
All you have to do is hear Shree Maa sing to become intoxicated with Her Divinity. Once I was at the Devi Mandir. She had been leading bhajans. Suddenly she stopped and looked at us. She said, in the sweetest voice, "could you please try to sing the next song with me, exactly as I am singing it." She then led us in singing "Please Take My Hand, Lord", her song to Sri Ramakrishna. It was such a blessing to really pay attention to Her and try to blend with Her Devotion, to become Her. So, for anyone who has not tried this yet... after you have listened to Her singing for awhile, try to sing with Her. Try to "be" with Her. Try to feel Her Pure Devotion. Then... try to sing with Her. Give up your ego. Give up Self-Conceit and Self-Deprecation. Ask Her to welcome you into Her Song and Her Devotion. Welcome Her into your heart of hearts. I promise you, She will come. Ardis On Feb 27, 2005, at 10:43 AM, muktimaa wrote: > > > > "Ramakrishna was also giving him plenty of the Wine of Divine > Bliss. Filling him up!
