Guest guest
Namaste, Steve and all! i wanted to share a nice way to get some little offering bowls that work great for hoding the bath liquids. i use the type of bowls the Tibetan Buddhists use for offering water, etc. on the altar. You get them in sets of 7 , and they come in a few different sizes. 7 is a perfect amount because that is usually enough for most of the bath liquids unless you are doing a more elaborate Puja. i use both copper and brass. They are available in other materials, also, but i would hesitate in using stainless steel. It is usually not recommended to my understanding. Usually, the on-line Tibetan type stores carry these little bowls as well as plates out of copper and brass. i am enclosing a link of one on-line store that has some very nice ones at very reasonable prices, if that is a concern for anyone. Here it is: http://www.tibetanspirit.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp_Q_id_E_144_A_cat_ E_Offering+Bowls_A_catid_E_136 i hope this is a help. Be safe in all your journeying. Jai Maa! Jai Swamiji!
