I have got it printed so that I need not keep the Shiva Puja book open for performing the Nyasa. For the information of the other devotees the Tattva mudra is formed by joining the upper phalanx of the thumb with the root of the ring finger. http://www.shreemaa.org/article19.htm I am still confused about the timings.
