Pitha Nyasa 101

Dear All,

 

Swamiji wants us to keep the Pitha Nyasa simple. At the appropriate

times, we will learn the actual technique from our Gurus.

 

So keeping that in mind, here are the instructions

 

1) Please print out a copy of the "Cosmic_Puja_Pitha_Nyasa.pdf"

available in

Goodies%20from%20Maa%20and%20Swa\

miji/

 

2) Visualize the yantra facing outwards on your chest. We are going to

invite the Goddess to come and sit on the yantra. A Pitha - means

altar or stand - so we are creating an altar for Her on our

bodies.

 

3) Chant the mantras indicated in the file.
