Berijoy,

I am getting to this post long after Shivaratri and you would have

completed these steps anyway.

 

To answer your question,

for 3 - you would have said "Om hrim shrim dum durgayai namah

panchamrita snanam samarpayami"

 

for 4 - you would have simply chanted the mantra, no offering needed.
