Iespecially enjoyed all the sharing around Shiva Ratri, My chants went really well and I completed both sankalpas. Such joy I experienced that I laught to think of Swamiji reply that this is what I do for fun.....because it is just that. The week before I asked a question about why we tie the string around our wrist in the opening mantras of the chandi which seems to have gotten lost in cyberspace and shivatri, Why and for how long do we keep the string on and what is its significance?
