Dear Jami ~ welcome to the Mandir group. Your enthusiasm is

contagious. : ) This is a question for anyone or for Swami. For

doing a regula mala of 108, I can use my mala and I can also count on

my fingers. How in the world does one keep track of counting 100,000

times a mantra? Jai Maa , Jai Swamiji ~ Linda

One divides the 100,000 into a do-able number of days.

So one might, for example, chant the mantra 1,000

times per day for 100 days.
