yes, your answer is very clear, thank you. Since you wished for many,

many more questions (you are going to regret that..), I have some

more:

the asana: I am used to sitting in a half lotus position, so one foot

is up on one leg and the other one is underneath the other leg (oh

dear, is this clear at all?) Anyway, if I were to place the foot,

which is now on top of the leg, in between the thigh and the calf

instead, would that get me in the direction of a svastikasana? Could

you direct me to a previous post or a website where I could see the

right position?

the text: as I am trying to get a grip on the Sanskrit, I would like

to know the meaning of 'tanno': is it the 'giving' and 'sambho' the

'Bliss'? And how does 'sada shiva'(sorry for the missing pronunciation

marks)differ from 'shiva'? Is it just an epithet, like we would say

'our beloved Lord', or is there a difference in concept (if I might

call it that)?
