Nanda says: Yes I understand. I believe we have split the Chandi that

should be easy for most people. However if you feel that you dont

make the list, you do have the option of letting the CD play on and

listening to it. It is STILL within the bounds of the sankalpa.Hope

this helps. And hope that at the end of this Navaratri - you can say

with confidence - "I TOO have chanted the entire book ,

cover-to-cover."

Dear Nanda ~ thank you for so thoroughly and considerately answering

my questions about the sankalpa. I appreciate your every word as well

as all the guidance you give to this group.

Blessings ~ Linda

The idea is to completely focus on that one object and make it as

spick and span as possible. Singlemindedness. And if we do get

distracted - chant a mantra and get back to the task. The task is not

time dependent -it is for as long as it takes to make that object

totally clean - could be 5 minutes or 1 hour or more/less , but just

to make it clean ...And we come back and write about it (if we want)

on the group ...

Dear Nanda ~ Count me in. Will there be a particular day for this

sankalpa? I think it is a wonderful idea ... to totally focus on one

object, cleaning it, focusing attention on it. What a wonderful

lesson. Jai Maa ~ Linda
