Namaste,

My day 2 went smoother than yesterday. I decided to chant with the

CD this time which helped keep it a chant rather than a talk. I am

enjoying this process and just amazed at myself that i jumped in. I've

been doing mine in the morning before going to work and so that sets a

very nice tone for the day. I enjoy reading the English, the night

before. And that's what I'm going to do now.
