Guest guest
Oh Holy Mother suprabhatam, This morning I am again overwhelmed by the awareness that you are here with me. Each day I have a new sense of your presence, as if I had never experienced it before. My heart reaches out to you and before I can even form the words in my mouth to say "Maa, Maa," you are here showering me with your amazing grace. Oh Mother, what can I do? I will follow you anywhere. There is no place where you are not found. In the darkest night of my soul, you are there in all your radiance reaching out your hand to lead me home. In the light of pure joy, still your hand holds mine securely and we walk together through the beams of light. Thank you Maa. Every day I say thank you so many times I wonder if there is a better way to say what I feel. My gratitude keeps rising again and again and I must tell you how blessed I am to know that I am your child. What a lovely family we have Maa! What wonderful brothers and sisters we play with each day! I am so very grateful for all our holy family, from the neighbors next door to the ones on our weekly prayer list. Each one is teaching me something fresh and new about you. Help me to open my eyes and see that more often Maa. My eyes sometimes get distracted, and I long to see only you. You are the purest light that shines in this world. You illuminate my heart and soul from the homa fires you kindle within me. You are the sweetest scent that awakens me to your immanent presence, and all I am is in your hands. You are my love, my passion, my goal and my life. Everything good that is in me is you, Maa, it is all you. You are knowledge and you are wisdom. You are devotion and love. You are compassion and discipline. You are mantra and guru. Protect me Maa in your loving hands. I am yours in this instant and in every instant forever. Offered with love from your son, Rick Let my every word be a prayer to Her, Every movement of my hands a ritual gesture to Her, Every step I take a circumambulation of Her image, Every morsel I eat a rite of sacrifice to Her, Every time I lay down a prostration at Her feet; Every act of personal pleasure and all else that I do, Let it all be a form of worshiping Her.
