Dear Len ~ how can I be upset when I have received so much encouragement from friends on the digest. I hope you read them too and can apply the same blessing to your own situation. I am no longer upset, but just doing what I can each day, and I will not finish with the group, but I will finish. I am so sorry to hear about the food poisoning and gout and your other difficulties. I have had food poisoning a number of times, and it is definitely the pits. If even in the Chandi, we are told to not be upset when we fall down, we can know that Maa is always there to extend a Divine Hand and he~ up us back up and on our way.
