Guest guest
Thank you all for this opportunity. My Navaratri Sankalpa has just been completed. May our joint effort be sufficient to bring peace to the worlds and may we all return to the Source. Jai Maa Jai Swamiji================ Mother, I don't know your mantras nor yantras, nor can I sing (correctly) your praise. I don't know how to welcome you, nor how to meditate on your presence. Neither do I know how to sing your glories, nor how to show your mystical signs, nor even how to lament. But I shall keep on calling you. You who take away the difficulties of all. Reliever of difficulties, I bow to You. Kaliananda

Guest guest
Hi Yogis and Yoginis, Although I was not an "official" participant, I did the sankalpa and practice along with all of you. Thank you for your wonderful energetic "push" (and, of course, thanks to Maa and Swamiji for the foundation that they provide underneath all of our efforts!). I just finished a Bhuvaneshwari puja and a Durga puja and my Chandi chanting...everyone in my puja room looks VERY happy....like, "hey, you should do this EVERY week! We like it!" I can't remember who told us that Devi particularly liked rice with jaggery but thank you. I fixed it for Durga and she graciously shared it with the other deities...they were glowing with joy! Since I had been fasting, I ate an awful lot of it as prasad...maybe too much! Tomorrow I will go to the Mahalakshmi Temple for the end of Navaratri. best love to everyone and thanks again, sadhvi

Guest guest
What is jaggery? Is it a kind of sugar?
