Dear Ryan ~ you have definitely come to the right place...welcome. Our

group just finished going through all the steps of doing the Shiva

Beginner Puja. Nana, a most excellent guide, led everyone through all

the steps, day by day, until each could feel they could, as you said,

"dive right into the action" of doing puja. I know the instructions

and the Q & A that Nanda posted are on the group site, but am not

sure of the exact place. Hopefully, Nanda will be able to tell you

that. It is a most excellent guidebook. To do this, you would need

the Shiva Beginner Puja Book and the Shiva Beginner Puja CD (the CD

helps learn to pronunciate correctly), which you can find on Shree

Maa's site at http://www.shreemaa.org/bookstore.htm

Dear Ryan,

 

I have been part of this group for just a little while, but I was just

in time to get involved in the Shiva beginner's puja course. Others

have told you already, but as I have just started I thought I'd tell

you personally: IT WORKS!!! I feel more determined, less confused and

more in touch with my Self now I am doing puja. So perhaps you should

try it too.

O yes, and it is very true that Shree Maa's singing is amazing. I have

the cd with songs in English and the text just sticks in your mind and

comes to you in situations when you need it, with no effort at all.
